Monk Parakeets are number 9 on The Most Extreme Global Conquerors. Since leaving its home in Argentina, they have conquered 17 countries around the world. They use woven sticks to build a nest that is two meters long and weighs 180 kilograms. Each nest can contain twenty individual chambers. Their population approximately doubles every 5 years.
